Upon arrival at the Geneva Airport proceed through immigration, pick up your luggage at the baggage claim and go through Customs (green lane if nothing to declare).

Then follow the signs to the train station located at the lower level of the airport. You will need to look for the ticket office, where your rail passes will be waiting for you. You will need the “Exchange Voucher” that is included with the electronic vouchers to legitimate yourself in order to get the rail tickets.

1st Class Trains

You can recognize the first class trains on the yellow stripe on the side of any rail wagon and a big number 1.

You have a 6-day Flexi Pass and will use the pass on May 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 28. You will have to write those dates in your pass.

 

Your Flexi Pass also entitles you to a 50% discount on most    mountain rides and scenic trains.

Upon having received your tickets board the first train available from the Airport to Geneva main station.

Please note that most shops in Switzerland remain closed on Sunday’s – so you would actually have to do your shopping on Saturday upon arrival. And then do sightseeing on Sunday.
