I am attaching a hiking map of Zermatt which you will find at many places in Zermatt in printed form. The Gourmet Huts are along the trail from Sunnegga down to Zermatt in Findeln. The most famous is Chez Vroni. From her terrace you have best views of the Matterhorn and the lunch is excellent: http://www.chezvrony.ch/en/restaurant/index.php - a reservation might be advisable unless you get there later in the afternoon. An option would be for you to start the day by taking a train up to Gornergrat and then walk via Grünsee to Findeln (#24 on map). That is mostly downhill but a nicer than to walk from Rothorn down to Sunnegga/Findeln. We walked from Blauherd to Sunnegga last year and it was too steep downhill for pleasure.
