Arrival Zurich Airport, Switzerland at 9:45pm – transfer to Zurich

Upon arrival proceed through immigration, pick up your luggage at the baggage claim and go through Customs (green lane if nothing to declare).

Then follow the signs to the train station (blue sign opposite of customs exit). The station is underground and located at the lower level of the airport.

 

Swiss Flexi Pass
You have a 4-day pass and will use it on June 15, 17, 20 and 23. . Today is the first today so you write June 15 in the first field.

You will need to have your Swiss Passes validated at either an information desk or the ticket counter at the train station BEFORE boarding any train or public transportation.

Second Class Trains
You can recognize the second class wagons on the big yellow number “2” which is painted on each side of every rail wagon. Public city transportation is one class only.

 

First Class Trains

You can recognize the first class trains on the big  yellow number “1” which is painted on each side of every rail wagon and a yellow line under the roof of the train. Public city transportation is one class only.

Your Flexi Pass also entitles you to a 50% discount on most mountain rides and scenic trains (25% Jungfrau Joch) and also provides you with free entrance to about 440 museums in Switzerland. A few private museums are not included, but some offer a discount of 50%.
